Why eat chips when you can munch on something healthier?

Air popped popcorn is a high fiber and low calorie grain treat you can enjoy daily. Want to jazz it up a bit? I use a bit of sea salt and black pepper, smoked paprika, turmeric and curry among others to add flavor without extra calories. You can douse the popcorn in a light spray of olive oil if you want the herbs to stick better and still maintain its low calorie benefits.

A new popcorn snack coming to shelves this June, is Boom Chicka Pop, with 35 calories per cup and under 120 mgs of sodium per 3.5 cup serving (130 calories). I think it’s easy to air pop the corn kernels, but sometimes you just want a ready to go treat.
