The four different critical aspects of exercise
Exercise is everywhere! There is no excuse not to go to the gym, because your body is your gym and there are so many ways to get active.
It is important to do at least one type of exercise (cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and stamina) for about 30 minutes a day.
You can play Jake’s card game at home, or… anywhere.
- For hearts (cardio), do jumping jacks
- For diamonds (stamina), do knee touches
- For spades (strength), do push ups or sit ups (your choice)
- For clubs (flexibility), reach in the air and then touch your toes
