Stride4Students – ToolKit & FAQs

For individuals, you can find a lot of what you need by logging on to RunSignUp and choosing
Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration:

  2. Bib request – you will receive your bib and number by email so you may print yourself. If you cannot find that email, first check your spam folder. Each individual is responsible for submitting their results daily or weekly using the Result Tab when you log in to RunSignUp. As this is a challenge, you may enter results for each time you do an activity and the system will track all of your efforts throughout the challenge!

***Please note there is no TEXT submissions or communication set up for the Stride4Students Challenge.

To Fix a Posted Result – you may correct one of your results through the submission process. You should try to correct it yourself; for more help, you may contact us for assistance at events@healthcorps.org.

  1. Setting Up a Team / Group – we encourage team participation and ask that there be a minimum of four (4) people to a group or team. You may Create your team during registration or even after you register.   3. View / Manage A Group / Team – you may self manage your group information including Joining and Sharing the information, group details, name and password, assign group administrators, set up notifications.   4. Invite Others to Join your Group / Team – emails with a customizable invitation and a direct link are all available through RunSignUp or a template from your personal email.   1. Create a Corporate Team – set up similar to a Group / Team, the corporate team is a great opportunity for your company to set up a fun activity that also gives back. If the company is underwriting some of the costs, you may reflect that as well as a private for employees only Custom Code they must use when registering.   2. Join a Corporate Team – it’s very similar to registering for the challenge with a few extra steps using the Corporate Teams tab. You may need a custom employee code.   1. Become a Referrer to earn awards. Stride4Students does offer you a discount on your registration fee once you refer and sign up 5 people; you can also earn a free T-Shirt once you refer and sign up 10 people.   3. Can I get credit for a referral if a person registered but did not use my code? Yes. You will need a) your referral code, b) the referred person’s Registration Code, c) the referred person’s email address; send this info with your request to us at events@healthcorps.org .   1. For your LOGIN and Creating Your Account, you will go to RunSignUp.com

  2. For your PROFILE, to access, correct, update, reset your password, etc. you will login at RunSignUp.com
    1. Your Profile is created at time of registration. If you register others at the same time, they are “Sub Accounts” which may be managed through this profile as well.
