Victoria Utomi wants to live in a world where communities all over the United States have access and agency to live their healthiest lives imaginable.
As a Living Labs Coordinator, she thrives knowing that she is pursuing her public health passion and doing her part to bring health and wellness into communities that need it most!
Her favorite part of working for HealthCorps is being able to go into her school each day bringing in new health and wellness related lessons for her students!
A native of Houston, Texas she graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health. Currently, she is attending The University of Houston obtaining a Masters degree in Health Communications. She’s worked at The Health Museum as a Science Educator, and Program Coordinator.
Victoria is most proud of maintaining a high GPA throughout her studies at The University of Houston.
When she’s not teaching lessons or doing a Cafe O’Yea demonstration, she’s usually finding a yoga class, spending time with her dog, or finding a new Netflix show!
Victoria’s craziest dream is to be able to live in my dream countries and work in public health in each country for a year each! Greece, Italy, and Spain!
