Sarah Fulton wants to live in a world where nutrition and physical activity are necessities and Pepsi is somehow considered healthy.
As a Living Labs Program Coordinator at HealthCorps, she’s always walking, talking sports, and encouraging students and staff to “GO Healthy!”
Her favorite part about working for HealthCorps is the opportunity to empower young students and provide them the education to go out and teach the world.
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, she graduated from the University of Kentucky in December 2016 with a B.S. in Dietetics. She recently completed her dietetic internship, with Marshall University in Huntington, WV, and hopes to bring her many internships experiences to the school systems of Kentucky.
Sarah is most proud of her decision to pursue a career in dietetics and follow her dreams to Perry County, Kentucky. She is very passionate about nutrition and is excited to share her education with future generations.
When she’s not in a classroom, you can find her playing sand volleyball, watching Netflix, or spending time with her family and pups.
Sarah’s craziest dream/ aspiration is to become the head dietitian for the Cincinnati Bengals or Chicago Cubbies.
