Mia Lazarus

Living Labs Coordinator

Mia Lazarus wants to live in a world where every human being has the right to be healthy, the resources to make it happen, and the privilege to not have to worry about it.

As the Program Coordinator for Memorial High School in West New York, NJ at HealthCorps, she’s in three buildings daily working with a population of 1,800 students and still trying to make it look like she knows where she’s going!

Her favorite part about working for HealthCorps is seeing the students every day who are our next generation

A native of {Bedrord, New York she graduated from University of Maryland.

Mia is most proud of where she is today, she graduated in May and is feeling excited and privileged to already be working in the field she studied for.

When she’s not working you can find her cooking, kickboxing, or going to her parents to play with her dogs.

Mia’s craziest dream is to work globally, and spend at least a year living in a different country.
