Jim Murtha is a 25 year marketing veteran with a focus on developing global technology solutions to drive patient education and compliance within the healthcare market segment.  In his current role as the Head of Digital Management & CRM, Americas, Jim leads the Americas region in the strategic development of integrated cross channel marketing programming to drive patient compliance and increase healthcare provider recommendations.

In addition to his global marketing technology solutions focus, he has extensive experience in data strategy and global system development to ensure organizational adherence to strict Data Privacy, HIPAA and GDPR requirements. Beyond his experience within large global organizations such as Bayer Healthcare and Ascensia Diabetes Care, Jim has 12 of years creative agency experience where he has led teams in developing brand activation strategies that encompassed both new product launches and existing brand line extensions for a variety of brands including Avon, Atkins Nutritionals, Godiva, JCPenney, IBM, Petrossian Paris and Sure Fit Slipcovers.
