Recipe: Fruit and Walnut Mousse Stacks

What are you craving for dessert? Try making your own fruit and walnut fruit stacks to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Fruit and Walnut Mousse Stacks


  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2/3 cup dried prunes
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks


  1. Blend together walnuts, coconut oil, honey, prunes and yogurt until creamy
  2. Slice fruit
  3. Sandwich a layer of mouse between two slices of fruit (either alternating or the same)
  4. Garnish pineapple chunk and a drizzle of honey over the top
  5. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes or until serving
