Lettuce-Wrapped Chicken Burger with Avocado and Tomato

  • 7 oz Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 California Avocados
  • 1/2 large whole (3" dia) Red Tomatoes
  • 3 leaves Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)


1. Form ground chicken into a patty and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.  Grill or fry in a non-stick pan (with 1 tsp of oil or oil spray) until it is nicely browned and no longer pink in the center.

2. Top with sliced avocado and tomato then wrap in lettuce leaves.
