Mustards now come in a variety of flavors from Dijon to hot Chinese and wasabi. Just beware of mustards with added honey – those pack extra calories and sugar, which you frankly don’t need.
Explore your local supermarket and even go online to research the many mustard offerings. Jazz up chicken or fish or make a salad dressing with mustard. Use it on sandwiches in lieu of mayonnaise, an American fatty staple.
