  • 4 oz Green Chili Peppers (Canned)
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsps Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.  Prepare a square pan with aluminum foil and spray it with oil oil spray.

2. In a blender, blend together the chilies, eggs, half & half, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 1 cup cheese until smooth.    Poor in prepared pan and bake covered for 45 minutes or until eggs are set.

3. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top, allow to melt and cool slightly then serve.
