Cheese Baked Eggs

  • 1 tsp Unsalted Butter Stick
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsps Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsps Parmesan Cheese (Grated)


1 Melt butter and coat the inside of a small oven safe dish.

2 Combine the eggs and cream in a bowl and lightly beat.

3 Add parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste.

4 Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until set.
