Earbuds can be kept for as long as they are functional, but should be cleaned with alcohol every few days.

If you use a sports bra for support, consider tossing it when it begins to show some wear and tear.

If you wear your workout shoes everyday, mark the date of purchase somewhere on the shoe and consider replacing after 6 months.

Toss those sponges in your kitchen every 30 days and microwave moist ones every few days to reduce bacterial growth.

Replace your mattress every 8-10 years. Consider encasing it in an enclosed mattress protector to prevent bed bugs.

Toss a disposable razor after a couple of uses and never share it.

Toss your toothbrush every 3 – 4 months and after you are sick.
