Here are some moves you can do that will offer a well rounded workout at no cost to you:

Jumping jacks – this move is a great way to get your heart rate up.
Running in place is another aerobic move
Alternating knee raises are a third great move in your aerobic repertoire

Pushups are a great way to work your arms and chest muscles and there are a number of variations-

  • Off the wall
  • Off a step
  • On the floor on your knees
  • On the floor on your toes
  • Feet on a step and hand on the floor

For balance you can practice standing on one leg and for additional challenge, close your eyes and try and hold the one-legged position for 30 seconds

Crunches can round out this workout.
