A refreshing late summer drink

Here’s a recipe that allows you to enjoy a delicious refreshing drink that’s lower in calories but has a punch of nutrition!

Puree watermelon, honeydew or melons in a blender. Strain the pulp in a cheesecloth and then add about ¼ cup of the liquid to 8 ounces of club soda. Garnish with orange, lemon or lime slices. Serve with fruit and berry skewers for a summer afternoon snack.
