Celebration of Teaching and Learning

HealthCorps® participated in the Celebration of Teaching and Learning conference and exhibition at the Hilton New York on March 6 & 7, 2009. HealthCorps had booths at this event, which is considered the "World's Fair of Education." Throughout the celebration, the HealthCorps stage featured Zumba, Capoeira and Pilates demonstrations, Teen Iron Chef competitions, musical numbers from Stepp Stewart's new play "Show 'n' Tell," and a question and answer session with Dr. Alan Gass. The David Lynch Foundation and others also contributed to the success of the event.
